Armed with a Doctorate of Philosophy, a Master’s Degree in Management, a Master of Arts with a major in Theology, and a Masters in Finance and Investment. Dr. Frankie Khoo has more than two decades of success in growing and safeguarding capital and personally maintains hands-on oversight across the Group.
